Meetings commence at 5.30pm on the third Tuesday of the month, at the Narromine Shire Council Chambers.

BUSINESS PAPERS & MINUTES

Before each Council meeting, a Business Paper is prepared detailing the items that are to be presented to the Council meeting.

Please click on the above links to access the Agenda, Business Paper and Minutes for the latest Council Meeting. Business Papers are available to the public from 12.00pm on the Friday before the Council Meeting. Copies are also available at the Reception Counter at Council. Readers should be aware that the Recommendations and Notices of Motion as set out in the Council Business Paper are simply proposals to the Council for its consideration.

The Council may adopt these proposals, amend the proposals, determine a completely different course of action, or it may decline to pursue any course of action.

The decision of the Council becomes a resolution of the Council and is recorded in the Council Minutes. Readers are referred to this separate document and should note they are in draft format untill they are confirmed at the next Council meeting.
