Current Recycling:
Weekly kerbside collection of recycling has ceased for the time being.
Council will continue recycling at each of the waste depots in Narromine, Trangie and Tomingley. Residents are encouraged to continue recycling by taking your filled recycling bags out to one of the waste depots.
Replacement Recycling bags will be available at each of the waste depots.
Council is currently investigating options to continue recycling in the short term including being part of a new kerbside collection service with three (3) other councils in our area.
While it is disappointing that the Federal Government has CDEP funding, Council is looking at options to continue this important service. In the meantime, residents are encouraged to continue recycling at home.
