ANZAC Day in the Narromine Shire

Narromine Shire Council is encouraging everyone to attend the ANZAC Day activities within their towns to pay respect to those who have fallen and those still serving.

Both Narromine and Trangie will commemorate ANZAC Day on Wednesday 25 April 2018 with a range of activities from Dawn services through to a mid-morning march and service.

Narromine Shire Council’s Mayor, Cr Craig Davies said “I urge the community to take the time to reflect on those who have sacrificed their lives by attending the Dawn Service and watching the march.”

“The ANZAC Day activities are a great opportunity for our communities to educate the next generation on the sacrifices made.”
