J.R Richards has released recycling figures for the first quarter of 2018 (January to March) in relation to quantities of paper, mixed glass, mixed plastic and steel & aluminum.
Residents of the Narromine Shire receiving a kerb side waste collection recycled a total of almost 100,000kg of recyclable products during January, February and March 2018.
Narromine Shire Council’s General Manager, Jane Redden said “it is great to see residents supporting the recycling collection”
“With the introduction of a third bin our figures for general waste will continue to decrease.”
“Residents are encouraged to continue to recycle their household products, not only from the kitchen but across the entire house” she said.
