Council Meetings
Council generally meets on the second Wednesday of the month. Meetings are usually held at the Council Chambers, commencing at 5.30pm. There is no meeting in January. Extraordinary meetings are called when necessary.
Council must conduct its meeting in accordance with its Code of Meeting Practice.
The Next Council Meeting will be held on Wednesday 11 March 2026.

The meetings will be recorded and subsequently published on Council’s website for public access.
Speaking At Public Forum
Public Forum may be held prior to the Council Meeting, commencing at 5pm. Members of the community are able to speak on items in the Business Paper which are up for a decision.
Speakers must complete the application form below and submit it to Council by 12pm on the day prior to the Council Meeting. If no applications are received, Public Forum will not be held.
