This emergency after hour’s service is available to report emergency situations only that are or will result in a direct impact on public health and safety and/or Council’s infrastructure.

The following need to be taken into consideration before calling the emergency after hour’s number;

  1. Is the matter an emergency?
  2. Does it have a direct impact on public health and safety and/or Council’s infrastructure?
  3. Can the matter be resolved during normal business hours?
