Contractor Management System

Narromine Shire Council regularly engages contractors to undertake various projects, works or services.

Narromine Shire Council are implementing a new contractor management tool called “Vault Contractor” to manage insurance, WHS and other systems. The new contractor management tool is free.

The information to be provided by Contractors will enable Council to assess whether minimum WHS and insurance requirements to work at Council worksites requirements have been met.

The “Vault Contractor” provides a self-service portal for contractors to add or edit their WHS, QA, Environmental and insurance details.

All contractors who are engaged by Narromine Shire Council after 1st December 2020 will be required to be registered with “Vault Contractor” before the commencement of any work for Council.

Please note that the “Vault Contractor” system is only for managing insurance, WHS and other systems and does not guarantee or imply that contractors will be selected to conduct work. Councils procurement and other policies still apply.
