Council is currently planning a number of programs at the Narromine Sports and Fitness Centre and in Trangie for a range of age groups. To ensure these can continue a minimum of 10 people are required.
Get Active and Stay Moving – Narromine Sports and Fitness Centre
Date: Every Monday and Friday (starting Monday 20 May)
This program is focused on community members aged 50+ and designed around a fitness for life approach. The program focuses on range
of motion, muscle tone and general fitness.
Healthy Lifestyles Community Exercise
Date: Every Tuesday and Thursday
This program is focused on community members aged 45+.
