Council is currently planning a number of programs for a range of age groups. 

Get Active Stay Moving - Poster 

Get Active and Stay Moving – Narromine Sports and Fitness Centre 

Date: Every Monday and Friday

Cost: FREE for all members and $8.80 for all non-members

Time: 8.30am – 9.30am

This program is focused on community members aged 50+ and designed around a fitness for life approach. The program focuses on range of motion, muscle tone and general fitness. For more information contact 02 6889 9999

Healthy Lifestyles Community Exercise 

Date: Every Tuesday and Thursday

Cost: FREE for all members and $3.20 for all non-members

Time: 8am - 9am

This program is focused on community members aged 45+.
