Section 355b Committee Charters
The following Committees have been established by Council under Section 355(b) of the Local Government Act 1993.
These Committees assist Council in the the management of community facilities and by making recommendations to Council on all business presented before them. Recommendations of the Committee are presented to Council in the form of minutes, accompanied by reports. Recommendations may or may not be adopted by Council.
