Pets and Animals
Council's Senior Ranger handle complaints regarding the following animal issues:
Complaints must be telephoned through to Council's Customer Service Officers on 6889 9999 so they are immediately registered on Council's complaint system and forwarded to the relevant officer for action.
Bins and Waste
Most residents within the Shire are supplied with wheelie bins as part of the Shire's waste management services. If your bin has been stolen or damaged please complete the form below or call Council's Customer Service Officers on 6889 9999.
All broken pipes, broken water mains or leaking pipes should be telephones through to Council's Customer Service Officers on 6889
9999 so they are immediately registered on Council's complaint system and forwarded to the relevant officer for action.

Your issue will then be allocated to the correct department and resolved according to our Customer Service Policy.
Please note that this is the quickest way to have your issue tracked and resolved within our system. Requests made outside this system are unable to be tracked and progress monitored.
